Tour Payment & Cancellation Policy
The Seeker Tour requires a full non-refundable payment in order to begin the personalized itinerary process. The Explorer and the Ultimate Tour packages require a 50% deposit upon booking (we accept PayPal, Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express). The balance will be charged 30 days prior to your arrival.

In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your trip or tour that we have designed and arranged for you, you must do so both in writing to, so there is a “time stamp” on your request, and by phone 925-872-7987. We will send a confirmation via email of your cancellation. We will then cancel all the reservations that we made for your trip. If there are any cancellation fees that occur due to your cancellation from the lodging or any of the advanced reservations we made for you, you will be charged those fees plus a $100.00 inconvenience fee.
